JCB India has opened two new plants in Pune in 2006 and 2007 to expand its heavy equipment business. The two plants mainly produce crawler hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, road rollers and supply structural parts to the group. At present, the Pune factory has more than 400 engineers and is the largest engineering design center of JCB Group overseas.
